We went to the zoo with the Houles, Haags, and Finzels (friends from high school) and had a blast! Hunter wasn't all that impressed with the animals but my niece, Mackenzie, came along and made up for his lack of excitement. It was a beautiful day and Michael and I enjoyed seeing friends and meeting the new (or not so new) additions to the families. We are so thankful to be closer to everyone again!

Hunter fed the giraffes and was emotionless the whole time!

Soon after we arrived in Colorado we were able to see lots of cousins! Cousin Sawyer came to visit just a few days after we arrived and then a week later we were able to spend time with cousins Jacque and Jenna. Jacque and her husband, Sean, are expecting soon and we can't wait to add ANOTHER boy to the pack!! We have also managed to see my nieces and nephew (Jasmine, Mackenzie, and Braden) as well as Michael's nieces and nephew (Michael John, Kristiana, and Katie). It has been a great month! We are so happy to be close to family again!

the big move

It's a month late but I can finally post pictures again! I will be backtracking and catching everyone up on the last month! The move from Charlotte to Colorado was such a blur that I was hardly able to pack up the house...yet alone take a few pictures! This is about all I was able to capture! We could never have made it without the help of my WONDERFUL cousin, Shane, and his wife, Amie. Our next door neighbors were also life savers spending HOURS helping us pack the house, watch Hunter, and pack the PODS. Thank you Brian and Katie! Everyone was such a blessing and we know we would have been overwhelmed and unable to finish in time without them.

On another note, it is killing me to post pictures without editing them first but I am without my beloved photoshop (for now) so the pics will have to do in their original form (all of you that know how anal and obsessive compulsive I am when it comes to making pictures perfect can feel sorry for me now!) :)
