update

I am so sorry that I haven't updated!! We have had a crazy last few weeks and I just haven't found the time to blog. First, thank you ALL for your prayers. It has been so evident that we have been prayed for and we know that the Lord has been in this every step of the way. Our house in Charlotte nearly fell through but the buyers DID decide to proceed with another lender. We packed up everything in the house and prayed that somehow it would all work out so that we wouldn't wind up trying to sell a vacant house. The day we were supposed to leave Charlotte another appraisal was done on the house and we waited anxiously to see whether or not it would come in at the sale price. Two days later, as we were passing through Kansas, we found out that it DID appraise at FULL VALUE!! Praise God! We are even closing two days ahead of schedule!

We are now in Colorado and were expecting to close on a home in 2 weeks...however, that has totally fallen apart. Another long story, but it was a pre-foreclosure and we were strung along by an agent who we discovered isn't even selling the property anymore(we discovered this as we pulled up to the house and saw a new agents sign in the yard with a new lock box)! So, it is happy house hunting now. Who knows where we will end up but at least this time we will be on the buying side!! :)
